HERENCIA FLAMENCA
"over flamenco, Vlamingen, Wannes en zo..."
Herencia Flamenca

Esteban Murillo is a young singer from Córdoba in Andalucía. From the moment he was born he was enveloped by a unique universe, that of the Arte Flamenco. Paco Murillo, his grandfather on his mother’s side, a huge Flamenco Aficionado, passed on his knowledge to Esteban on a daily basis.

Since 2012, Esteban has participated in several project with well-known artists such as Federico Ordoñez, Carlos Piñana, Rosi Navarro « La Divi », José-Luis Medina, Yúrentz Bermúdez, Miguel Sánchez, Miguel Ángel Orengo, Antonio Martínez, Saidjah Galo « La Zambra », Kuky Santiago, Alexander Gavilán,…

“Herecia Flamenca” is Esteban’s first Flamencoproduction and is meant to be a tribute to his grandfather and the passion that he inherited from him. Accompanied by dancer Marisol Valderrama, Patricio Grande on the guitar and percussionist Alex Otero, they will interpret the different palos that Flamenco has to offer with strength, emotion but especially originality. Together they will make an attempt to give a new dimension to the Flamenco tradition and will take you along on a journey through Esteban’s history.
